Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily operations in our high-touch, technology-driven facility. This is not your average warehouse role—our ideal candidate thrives in a value-added services environment, bringing structure, efficiency, and leadership to a dynamic, customer-centric operation. You’ll oversee a team responsible for device configuration, kitting, labeling, staging, and quality control—ensuring each order meets our exacting standards and our clients' unique needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a warehouse team to meet daily and weekly productivity goals (e.g., units processed, quality, error rates).
• Oversee customer-specific processing such as device imaging, configuration, staging, and labeling.
• Maintain and optimize inventory accuracy using WMS and ERP platforms (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, OrderTime).
• Drive workflow documentation and process improvement initiatives to maximize throughput and minimize errors.
• Plan and allocate labor to meet fluctuating demand while maintaining SLA adherence.
• Train, coach, and develop team members; implement performance management practices and promote a culture of accountability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, technical, and sales teams to align operations with customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety protocols, and audit readiness (e.g., ISO, R2).
• Monitor KPIs and create reporting dashboards to identify trends and take corrective action where needed.

Qualifications:

Experience Requirements:

• 5+ years of warehouse leadership experience in a high-touch or value-add logistics environment (e.g., kitting, device configuration, staging).
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Hands-on experience with WMS, ERP, and inventory systems; experience with NetSuite or OrderTime preferred.
• Background in managing operations involving high-value assets or customized workflows.

Technical Skills:

• Strong knowledge of warehouse systems, device-specific software, and barcode/RF scanning technologies.
• Familiarity with MDM platforms is a plus.
• Comfortable generating reports, dashboards, and implementing system integrations.

Leadership & Soft Skills:

• Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff at all levels.
• Process improvement mindset with a preference for candidates familiar with Lean or Six Sigma principles.
• High sense of urgency, accountability, and customer focus.
