\nJOB SUMMARY:\nOrganize and establish effective Project management, develop scope of work per project, initiate and manage the Request for Bids (RFP) process, develop the budget and schedule for the Project, and coordinate and manage engineering design and specification decisions and production documentation in accordance with UDX Performance Specifications. Develop and route contracts for approvals, avoid claims and disputes and minimize during phases of the Project. Effectively manage changes and eliminate disruptions between all Project participants. Manage the Project schedule and budget, ensure quality design and production work while properly managing the construction work in the field, prepare and report status of projects, to include daily onsite visits on assigned projects. Emphasize “hands on” management of field operations, maintain operational use of completed facilities during construction and installation, implement efficient and timely document control.
\nMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, is required.
