Now Hiring: Industrial Painter, Worcester, MA
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6AM-2:30pm

Were seeking a detail-oriented Industrial Painter I to join our team at our Worcester, MA facility. This is a great opportunity to build a career with a well-established company in a full-time second shift role.

Compensation: Pay will be offered based on several factors including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, and certifications.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Paint parts and units to meet production and quality standards
• Hang parts and kits on the paint line in sequence according to planning and scheduling directives
• Guide the loading of products onto the paint conveyor
• Operate lift equipment and burn-off ovens
• Set up, operate, and maintain automatic powder booths
• Shut down paint line equipment as needed
• Inspect completed parts to ensure compliance with Worcester Plant Quality standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous experience in industrial painting or manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow directions, work independently, and meet production goals
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to pass a pulmonary function test (Testing is paid for by the company and completed off-site)
