Whitehardt, a niche advertising agency specializing in advertising for personal injury law firms, is looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced Digital Media Buyer with a strong background in Meta (Facebook, Instagram) Advertising. Your mission:
- Generate high-quality leads for some of the country’s most prominent law firms.
- Manage large advertising budgets daily while monitoring performance and adjusting strategy as necessary
- Manage campaigns across multiple platforms from start to completion.
- Closely monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns, identify opportunities for advanced optimization, and help oversee the testing of new strategies to improve results.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing new marketing tools/platforms/vendors.
Required Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of experience designing campaigns and ad strategies while building, managing, and optimizing campaigns for Paid Social, SEM/Paid Search, and/or Programmatic Buys. (Preferred Platforms: Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, StackAdapt, and TikTok.)
- 3 or more years of experience using direct response and lead generation advertising strategies successfully.
- Comprehensive experience using research tools and platforms while incorporating evolving marketing trends to drive successful digital strategies
- Able to work with tracking pixels and conversion APIs - understanding their functionality, creation, and implementation.
- Thorough understanding of landing page best practices for conversion goals and click attribution using URL tracking templates.
- Messaging and content strategy/development experience for social media campaigns
- Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years of Agency experience; any less please consider our entry-level roles; hr@whitehardt.com
- Copywriting and social content creation experience.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Familiar with Agency Analytics, LookerStudio, Salesforce CRMA, or other data visualization software
- Experience in advertising for the Legal Industry, including but not limited to personal injury and Mass Torts, is a plus.
