Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end office operations, including space planning, renovations, moves, and vendor oversight to support a high-performing workplace
  • Align with the Americas Facilities Manager to shape operations strategy and ensure initiatives deliver business value
  • Liaise with landlords, contractors, and service providers to coordinate building maintenance, upgrades, and employee services
  • Serve as a key liaison for leadership during office updates, ensuring alignment and managing escalations as needed
  • Evaluate vendor performance against metrics, recommending changes, and managing transitions when necessary
  • Manage the office operations budget, ensuring transparent tracking, regular reporting, and cost control

Ideal Experience

  • A college degree is preferred.
  • Broad experience in office and facilities management, including construction projects.
  • Skilled in remodeling, restacks, and office relocations.
  • Knowledgeable in building infrastructure and MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
  • Proven track record in creating exceptional workplace experiences.
  • Strong vendor management expertise.
  • Familiar with technical tools such as ticketing systems.
  • Highly resilient with a strong commitment to quality.
  • Effective at building trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized with solid leadership abilities.
  • Analytical and patient in data-driven problem-solving.
  • Flexible working outside of standard business hours.
