As an Entry Level Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of various events, from corporate meetings to social gatherings. 

• Assist in the planning and execution of events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to ensure all aspects of events are organized.
• Help in the development and distribution of event materials, including invitations and agendas.
• Maintain event budgets and assist with vendor invoicing and payments.
• Support the setup and breakdown of event materials and equipment on-site.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing event experiences.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic understanding of event planning processes and logistics.
