We’re hiring an enthusiastic Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our dynamic marketing team. About the Role
As an Event Assistant, you’ll help bring high-impact marketing events to life—from setup to execution. You’ll play a vital role in promoting organizations and causes by engaging directly with communities, building connections, and creating memorable event experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the setup, execution, and teardown of live events

  • Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting organizational values and mission

  • Interact with event attendees, local businesses, and community members

  • Distribute promotional materials and respond to public inquiries

  • Collect attendee feedback and support post-event reporting and evaluation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred (not required)

  • Internship or volunteer experience in marketing, PR, or events is a plus

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

  • Positive, adaptable, and team-focused mindset
