*** ONSITE - Based in Jacksonville, FL (Southside) ***

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Sales Manager to lead and grow the Amazon channel direct business . This role is responsible for executing strategic plans to drive profitable sales, expand distribution, and optimize marketing performance on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage annual planning and day-to-day operations for Amazon accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with Amazon Vendor, AVS, and Advertising teams.
• Develop pricing strategies, promotional plans, and product assortments that support growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with third-party partners to optimize advertising campaigns, improve content, and increase visibility.
• Analyze sales performance, report on ROI, and present strategic business reviews.
• Work cross-functionally with internal teams across Marketing, Product, Finance, and Customer Service to align goals and resolve issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with up to 7 years of experience in the CPG industry.
• Minimum 3 years managing Amazon accounts and ad campaigns.
• Proficient in Amazon Vendor and/or Seller Central, with strong Excel and communication skills. (1P experience preferred)
• Highly organized, data-driven, and collaborative.

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday 8am to 4pm.

In-person | Office

• Preference given to candidates in or near Jacksonville, FL (onsite); remote possible for highly qualified candidates outside daily commuting distance.
