Job Summary:

As a Data Analyst Intern, you will assist our team in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions. You will have the opportunity to work on real-world projects, develop your analytical skills, and gain hands-on experience with data visualization tools.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Data Visualization: Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders.
• Data Mining: Assist in identifying and extracting relevant data from various sources, including databases, spreadsheets, and external data sources.
• Statistical Modeling: Apply statistical techniques to model and forecast business outcomes.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Perform ad-hoc analysis and respond to business questions and requests.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled: Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in a quantitative field, such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Economics.
• Analytical skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
• Programming skills: Proficiency in programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with machine learning algorithms: Familiarity with machine learning algorithms, such as regression, decision trees, or clustering.
• Experience with big data tools: Experience with big data tools, such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases.
• Certifications: Certifications in data analysis or related fields, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).
