Data Analyst Intern As a Data Analyst Intern , you will play a key role in enhancing our data infrastructure and delivering valuable insights to support strategic business decisions. Location: Hybrid role - our headquarters is located in Alpharetta, GA Duration: June 9th - August 15th (with flexibility to extend) Key Responsibilities Extract and analyze data from state air permits to enhance competitive intelligence and decision making Assist in building and maintaining a centralized database to house air permit data Develop a robust, repeatable process for data updates and long-term database sustainability Leverage tools like Microsoft Power BI , Excel , and AI platforms to analyze and visualize data Support market analysis efforts to identify business development opportunities Collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Polymer Technologies Commercial Team Qualifications Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data analysis functions) Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar data visualization tools Familiarity with AI tools and platforms Exposure to data cleaning, analysis, and management practices Understanding of database systems is a plus Education: Current student pursuing a degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field Preferred Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and within a team Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Why Join Us?
