DSJ Global is proud to partner with a leading renewable energy company in search of a Control System Specialist Supervisor. This is a high-impact leadership role that combines technical expertise with strategic oversight, supporting power plant operations across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in control systems, a passion for renewable energy, and a proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor a team of Control System Specialists across various plant locations.
• Lead field-based activities including system commissioning, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of control systems.
• Design, develop, and implement PLC logic and HMI/SCADA programs, with a preference for Allen Bradley.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure robust, secure, and efficient control system operations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Travel to plant sites as needed both domestically and globally (approximately 30% travel required).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in power generation or process industries.
• At least 3 years of experience leading or supervising technical teams.
• Strong technical knowledge of PLCs, HMI/SCADA systems, instrumentation, and control network architecture.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a hands-on approach to team development.
