AMG Specialty Hospital - Albuquerque is seeing a Full Time Clinical Nurse Manager to assume overall responsibility for clinical nursing practice. Provides for continuity in decision making and consistency in nursing practice by assuring that nursing and hospital standards and objectives are met. Acts as a resource and support person for the nursing staff. Represents administration during any event occurring in their absence. Embraces and demands a culture of professionalism and accountability. Provides clinical support at the bedside. Mentors and educates using evidenced based practice.

Job Requirements
Critical Care Experience >2yrs REQUIRED
Current Registered Nurse Licensure in state of employment.
Current BLS certification.
ACLS certification or completion of arrhythmia course required
